SHOP: Purchasing Gunpla

One day I was talking to my girlfriend and apparently she was gonna get me something Gundam related for Christmas but she didn't know where to start. Being the techy girl that she is, she went straight to the internet and ran into the site gundamstoreandmore.com. Now many of you that are probably reading this know of the site and know that its a pretty good one. However for a person new to the Gundam world, my girlfriend thought that it was a shady and possibly illegitimate site. This article is dedicated to erasing those fears and to gently point out which vendors people should be trying to buy/purchase/grab/get their kits at.

Site: GG Infinite
Address: http://gginfinite.com/home.php?cat=5
Notes: The official vendor for Gundam Guy

Site: Animeraro
Address: http://animeraro.com/gundamgunpla.html
Notes: Based in LA's Frank n' Sons, the vendor is a friend of a friend and sells kits for very very cheap. However, their inventory is limited, so check often!

Site: Robot4Less
Notes: A nice place, friendly people, and local to Socal!

Site: iPlamo
Notes: Was advertised by Prime92

Site: Hobby Search
Notes: A great place to compare prices, since they have both the original yen price and the USD conversation from yen.

Site: Plamo Hunter

Description: Basically this site is a sister site of Robotforless. They focus on advertising on particular kit for a certain amount of time, and then after that time limit expires a new kit is automatically set to be advertised. The neat thing about this site is that it advertises random kits at slashed prices.

For example I've seen RG Rx 78-2 and the RG Justice advertised on there for around $25 and I've been sniping HG Aegis for $10 and a MG Astray Red Frame Kai for $50

This is a nice site for those of you that just want to get a nice cheap kit, but take note that since their inventory is low at the moment since they just released this site about a month ago, you're probably not going to find any really awesome and sought after kits right off the mark. Just be patient and good things will come your way.

If this site doesn't float your boat you can find my other suggested sites for kits here: http://newtypeofworld.blogspot.com/2012/08/gdm-reliable-markets.html

Site: Plajapan

Description: I actually don't know much about this site. I believe that I came across is when I was watching one of Prime92's videos. So it seems pretty legit. Granted, I've never actually bought anything from this place before, but if Prime likes it, I guess I should too.
