So I'm actually quite far along with this project but I thought that I should document it anyway.
The idea was to do something with the broken Gernsbacks that I got from Hobby Link Japan a little while's back
As you can see, the guns were broken at the joint, so I just glued them together, placed some putty on the hole and gave it a new paint job.
I luckily broke different limbs on both of the kits, so I was able to salvage enough parts from both of them to repair at least one of the Gernsbacks
The Gernsback that I decided to scrap was the custom GM II Gernsback since the ball joint for the shoulder and the hip both broke off.
Here's a look at some of the broken parts
I'll try my best to post the rest of the pictures, but blogspots being kinda dumb right now.
If you can take my word for it, I've fully painted the Gernsback in a Hyaku Shiki color scheme. I'm actually quite pleased with it.
